Greatrealty Property Marketing comprises of four main components;

Consulting and selling services
Greatrealty was initially formed in South Australia, 1998, to provide high quality Specialist Consulting and Selling services to the South Australian Real Estate industry, and during this time gained vast experience in the Commercial & Rural Property sector.
In 2003, the Queensland Greatrealty Property Marketing office opened and commenced working with Developers and Architects on Residential and Commercial Projects from the first intial concept stages through to completion.
We aim to assist our clients in acquiring council approvals, financing and in the selling, leasing or promotion of their projects often before construction has commended, and we pride ourselves on the level of quality and commitment we provide to each project.

Residential Sales : Off the Plan
Greatrealty Property Marketing has been involved with many of the residential developments in the Brisbane CBD and the inner city suburbs such as Teneriffe, Newstead, South Brisbane & Woolloongabba.
Two of the more recent properties sold were the exclusive South End Apartments on Vulture Street in South Brisbane, being developed by Rovella Constrution Pty Ltd, and Canarios Apartments in Teneriffe.

Over the years, as a result of many property owners requesting the services of Greatrealty, the Resale's department has grown rapidly. Selling the original properties off-the-plan enables us to understand the finer details and intricacies of each property. Often we can also supply the original marketing material such as brochures and floor plans to assist in marketing.
Greatrealty is the Boutique Development specialist. Having originally sold South Brisbane and Canarios off-the-plan, we are perfectly positioned to provide accurate knowledge of these properties and are consistently achieving record prices. Greatrealty offered their Property Management services in 1998 in response to owners needing a letting service in Hahndorf's in theAdelaide Hills where no "Property Managment servers" was available. Greatrealty is able to provide Investors with the combined services of buying, managing and their property - a "one-stop shop". Maintaining a high level "boutique" service allows owners peace of mind and enables them to maximise your investments.
